Anthony is an established commercial, intellectual property and technology lawyer, specialising in both contract negotiation and litigation for businesses involved in art, brands and technology. He advises SMEs and institutional clients across sectors that include software and technology, artists and designers, museums and cultural institutions, tech start-ups, media, schools, restaurants and fashion.
Outside of Keystone Anthony acts as GC at the V&A. He also lectures on IP and related subjects for Queen Mary College’s Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), the Institute of Art & Law and the London School of Economics. He is a trustee of both the Association for Cultural Enterprises and the Sir Percival David Foundation of Chinese Art.

- Working with SBC Systems and B2E Technologies (managed benefits software providers) for over 20 years on contracts for the delivery of their system into multi-national businesses including numerous contract negotiations, the periodic restructuring all contracts to reflect technological and regulatory developments.
- Advised iRuiz Technology on software, algorithm and patent licensing issues.
- Advised Synergy Retal Support on the acquisition and sale of robots for use in its and third-party logistics businesses.
Anthony advises publishers and creators/authors on author agreements and author disputes and clearing content for IP/defamation purposes.

- Advised Angry Robot, Datura and Watkins Books (sci-fi/crime/mind and body publisher) on complex copyright issues and author, distribution and retailer contracts, on its suite of author contracts, disputes with authors and giving pre-publication advice on navigating copyright and trade mark issues when publishing books about established third party IP assets.
- Advised Royal Armouries on navigating copyright and trade mark issues when publishing books and providing services about established third party IP assets.
- Advised the Estate of Idries Shah on the exploitation of the Idries Shah copyright via third party publishers.
- Advised the estate of a high-profile photographer on its publishing contract with Thames & Hudson.
- Advised the Estate of Sir Howard Hodgkin on a dispute relating to a posthumous unauthorised biography.

- As a trustee of the Sir Percival David Foundation of Chinese Art negotiated and delivered the largest gift of antiquities in British history when the Foundation transferred ownership of its billion-pound collection to the British Museum.
- As a trustee of the William Morris Gallery Trust in Walthamstow, London, helped re-constitute the Trust and incorporate it as a CIO and registered charity.
- Advised Studio Voltaire on a contract collaboration with Meta.
- Advised the Hampshire Cultural Trust on IP issues concerning it programme of events around the 200th anniversary of the death of Jane Austen.
- Advised the RAF Museum and the Postal Museum on IP and contract issues.

Outside of the art and cultural heritage sector Anthony advises many charities and institutions on contacts and IP.

- Advised the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) on various projects including joint ventures, copyright infringement claims and international franchise arrangements.
- Advised the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS) on copyright, contract and charity governance issues.
- Advised Fight for Peace on its multimillion-pound sponsorship agreement with Reebok.
- Assisted numerous schools (including Dulwich College, Marlborough College, Epsom College and Kent College Canterbury) to expand overseas using franchise-like models.
